Bought Lisa the Blue October "Foiled" CD for Valentines Day. She likes it.
I usually am in either my sneakers or slippers.
Don't really have a favorite pair of shoes, but my slippers are very comfortable.
I don't have any toys from when I was a child. Have several from my early teens that I still hang on to - not that they have a whole lot of sentimental value. Don't sleep with them.

Raggedy Ann and Andy. Sentimental value, yes. Sleep with them? No. They're almost 40 years old. Eew.

Yes, all of the above at one time or another. Shoes most of the day, slippers in the morning, barefoot late at the night.
Favorite pair of shoes? I don't wear anything but sneakers - Reeboks at the moment - except on rare occasions.

No, nothing. But my mother still has a jar I painted for her as a vase over 50 years ago!

Not really. I think I skipped class when shoe fetishes were handed out.
I have my old teddy (NooNoo)and a couple of dolls. They're in a box in the garage. Yes, they all have sentimental value, but they're still out there. So, no, I don't sleep with them
