Many things can make me happy. Accomplishing a long, difficult task that challenges me, hot sand sticking between my wet toes, playing music or having someone I care about tell me that they were thinking of me....just to name a few.
And saying the word schnitzel.
Extra credit: Elliot Smith- Happiness. His sound always reminds me of the Monkees for some reason. Isn't he dead?

Since I'm writing, I'll list some of the things that make me happy:

Ahem, the answer is...Rush--Freewill.
I WAS the biggest Rush fan around in highschool. and i rock at memorizing lyrics to songs that mean something to me.
actually as soon as i saw the title i sang it to myself in my head.

okay, so having read all the comments i realize that i didn't actually answer your question, just the extra credit at the bottom. as much as Rush make me happy in their own right, they're not the only thing.
you know what makes me truly happy--peace, health and unconditional love from my kitties, mom and michael.
being independently wealthy would help but i'll find happiness without that for now.
