Question 22

What do you like most about yourself?

What is you favorite breakfast cereal?

Coffee or tea?

Life exercise: If at any time today you have a negative thought, stop yourself and immediately think the opposite. If you think "I look like hell today" stop and think "I look amazing today".
Just try it for one day. See how it feels. And then mentally note how often you are thinking negative thoughts and make a conscious effort to decrease the frequency.

1. I have good hair and, when they're not bloodshot, really nice, blue eyes.

2. I like a big bowl of Life cereal that's been soaking in 2% milk (lactose free) for a while: I take my spoon and smoosh the pieces up into a big soggy mess. Cheerios and plain old Corn Flakes are also good.

Not so much into supersweet cereals and cereals with lots of exotic ingredients, like raisins, tree bark, almonds or Bengal tiger testes.

3. Equally fond of coffee and tea.

When out, tend to order coffe more. It's just easier, and I'm not a big fan of all the chai- fennel-boogerroot-type teas at places like Starbucks. Prefer tea -- real teas like Earl Grey and English Breakfast -- at home and when having breakfast in England. Those little pots they bring to the table are cute.

*gets all dreamy eyed thinking of Boo's eyes and hair*

Huh? Oh.

1. My eyes and sense of humor

2. Cracklin' Oat Bran (it ROCKS!!!)

3. Coffee (but I don't drink it... the diet thing ya know...)

4. I woke up this morning and found that I had lost another pound (down 13 total!). Plus, I think I look hot in my new clingy sweatsuit. There will be no negative thoughts today!!! :) Oh, except "my back still hurts." Ok, I'll go with that.

1) I always lOOk for the good in people, at least I think it's the good I'm seeing, but most times it's a mirage and I end up getting hurt. But, that doesn't seem to stop me, and for some odd reason, I go on liking that about myself.

2) Don't do much cereal anymore. If I have to choose however, I'll go with Capn'Crunch Peanut Butter, ooh, or Honeycombs. But, everytime after I eat them they make the roof of my mouth sore. (I know, I know, that's what she said...

3) Coffee in the morning. Black. Just like I like my women. In the evening, sweetened iced tea with lemon.

4)tough day today, couldn't have found better support, thanks Punkster, that's why you're the best. ;)

1. Well, I like being tall (though I'm no higgy) and that I'm smart (well, you asked)

2. Kellogg's Complete Wheat Bran Flakes or Quaker oatmeal (depending on the season), with bananas or strawberries

3. coffee, I like coffee (to quote Mr. Travolta), though I do drink both.

Normally, I'll have a cup with breakfast and one with dinner, and maybe tea during the day, plus if I have a cold. Or eat Chinese or Japanese food.

4. I am somebody!

(how's that?)

1. I am filled with endless love and kindness. I am endearingly quirky. I think I'm fabulous ... as are my friends.

2. Good for me cereal: Raisin Bran - soggy. Bad for me cereal: Cinnamon Toast Crunch!

3. Decaf coffee. The caffeine screws with my blodd sugar levels. But oh how I love it.

4. You are all magnificent.

1) I enjoy my candor. And my thick, bright red, curly hair. With brown eyes- I'm a rare one.

2) Cracklin' Oat Bran DOES totally rock! That with 2% milk and I'm in heaven.

3) More often tea but I do enjoy a fragrant cup o' joe.

4) Excellent life exercise! Along these lines, I'd like to recommend to all the fine Punky Bloglits a movie: What The Bleep Do We Know?

It's a worthy endeavor.
Cheers~

1. My sense of humor - I enjoy a good laugh, even at myself.

2. Rice Krispies - grew up on them.

4. Tea, and gallons of it. Coffee is ok, but only when we go out.

I don't have a lot of negative thoughts, but I'll try the exercise anyway.

2. I am a cereal fanatic. Currently I'm seriously into Frosted Mini Wheats.

3. Latte & Earl Grey tea.

4. This life exercise is what keeps me going sometimes! I'm trying to teach it to my bipolar 11 year old but he's stubbornly resistant. Yet I truly believe it's sinking in.

Tamara, do you know that our kind only comprises .05% of the world's population? Redheads as a whole are 1%, but brown-eyed redheads are SUPER SPECIAL AND GOOD. Yay us!!!

*does little jig*

We are also fortunate to be women. In my experience, good-looking redheaded men are VERRRRRRRY few and far between. As an example, I present David Caruso. Another- Carrot Top (*shudder*). I'd continue but I'm grossing myself out.

Tah, fellow copper top!

1)My sense of right and wrong. My friends use me as their morality gauge, you know what would Mark do. It actually kind of embarasses me.

2) Raisan Bran like Punky

3) Coffee

4) OK I will try, "I look like Brad Pitt today" *Opens eyes, sighs, more like Brad Garrett*

1. I'm not a very nice person, but I'm so bashful hardly anyone knows it.

2. Cheerios, usually plain, but I like the apple cinnamon ones. And I also think Cinnamon Toast Crunch is more addictive than crack.

3. Tea

1) There are so many things that tie for first. Prolly my willingness to let other people be who they are.

2)Eggs & bacon. Not a big cereal fan anymore since I can't have dairy products (triggers asthma, believe it or not). Cereal sans milk is just... puh.

3)Depends on the time of day and the mood. If I'm busy, coffee. If I'm just sittin' & relaxin', tea. Tea's for contemplation, coffee's for getting things done.

1. I like my grin...it kinda just pops out when I least expect it......and, as someone told me the other day, people just feel like they can talk to me about anything.

2. Frosted Mini Wheats or Raisen Bran.....both soggy. Other than that, biscuits and gravy.

3. Coffee usually but tea reminds me of when I was young.

I always try to think positive, but sometimes kicking myself in the ass makes me accomplish things I wouldn't have otherwise.

3. Coffee. Definitely. Drinking Vanilla Hazelnut right now as a matter of fact.

2) good for me: Honey nut Cherios. Bad for me: Apple Jacks

3) Tea. I love the smell of coffee, but can't stand the taste. A good cuppa and I am at peace.
